PVC profiles are made of polymeric material - polyvinyl chloride and like any other
polymer ages over time, but on the other hand is a very good insulator of temperature. The manufacturers of profiles develop their technologies, using advanced modern modifiers, extending the service life and contributing to the smaller change of appearance over time.
PVC does not corrode, but as a thermoplastic material when recycled retains all its properties. PVC windows attract with their durability and cheap maintenance.
Resistant to climate change, protected from UV radiation, the colors are long-lasting. Thanks to its multi-chamber construction, it has excellent heat and sound insulation properties and meets all the requirements for modern windows. PVC profiles are available in a wide range, which is determined by the number of chambers (3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-chamber profiles). The larger the number of chambers, the better the thermal insulation.
PVC joinery is easier to make and install due to the nature of the material itself, which, of course, is softer and more flexible than aluminum.
PVC joinery requires minimal maintenance - it does not need painting, treatment with special detergents, but simply washing with a soft cloth and soap.
PVC windows are cheaper.
The production of PVC profiles requires less investment and running costs, which makes PVC windows cheaper than aluminum. Traditionally, the windows are available in white. The plastic series are also available with lamination in wood flader, with the color of golden beech or mahogany, but also, depending on your desire, the profiles can be laminated in many other colors, outside and / or inside and in combination.
